New beliefs encourage new behavior.
When your situation changes so should you. Running through the maze that is life usually involves some uncertainty (getting lost, looking like a fool) but its better to sniff and scurry in search of new opportunities than to hem and haw analyzing and looking for explanations or blaming others in your frustration and anger.
Smell the cheese (your situations) often so you know when its getting old. Imagining yourself enjoying new cheese even before you find it frees your fears to move in new exhilarating directions to the new cheese.
The fastest way to change is to laugh at your own folly, then you can let go and move on.
